Do you deliver outside Ireland?

Yes I will, I use swift post (registered and must be signed for at your end) I ship within Ireland, and to UK, Europe and USA.
The parcels are well packed and each piece of jewellery or headdress is packed in its own presentation box.

Orders of more that three pieces of jewellery or bridal accessories postage and packing is included.

Can I visit your Studio?

Yes you can by appointment only, please email me to make this arrangement.

When should I place an order/how long will my order take.

As all jewellery and bridal accessories are hand made to order, I would normally
suggest that when you have your dress ordered (for bridal queries) and have booked your hair and make up artist I suggest that you contact me about 3-4 months before your wedding date.

The lead time on orders is normally 3 weeks, from time of order to delivery, this does depend on what or how many pieces that you have ordered. I will email you when your order is ready for collection or as to when its being posted.

I am not too sure how it will look can you send me drawings?

I send mock up images to you via email or through the post, and once you are happy and confirm this through email/phone or letter I go ahead with your design.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

I ask for 50% deposit and 25% is non-refundable for all orders. As orders are very specific and I order for your needs the 25% covers some of the material costs and shipping.
